I find this HHC medical practice to have a consistently pleasant and welcoming staff from the check-in through my appointment. Last week I called with a request to have an appointment with a physician quite soon for a new medical concern. I received a call back from a nurse a few minutes later, who discussed a few details and got me scheduled for 3 days later. I was seen by Dr. Birdsall who, throughout the our time together, listened and responded, and explained information with respect and understanding. When our time was over, I left feeling more knowledgeable, with a plan of action, and happy to know that Dr. Birdsall was part of the staff there.
