Dr. Rich was always the reason for me using Fairfield County Medical Group. He was backed up by a very capable and attentive support staff. The immediacy of that support is now gone. It makes obtaining any short-notice care a much more difficult proposition.

Unfortunately I would not recommend any exposure to the medical assistant. He is the person that greets you and sets the stage for the visit. He is not engaged, and appears as though he hates his job. Next visit I plan to ask him, and have every intention of telling him his lack of enthusiasm is a reflection on the entire office. He needs to adjust his attitude if in fact you want people to continue business with this office. I was extremely disappointed and if I did not have the respect for Dr. Rich that I do, and the history I would not return.
